Origin of the Drones Minutes

Having been a member in good standing of the Drones for a matter of several years, I became convinced that a record of our meetings should be kept. What, for some time, kept me from beginning the work was the thought that so much had already been committed to the ether, never referenced, and only faintly recalled. But I figured just because we hadn't started a record didn't mean we couldn't start one, and so I did. That was seventeen years ago. In my note taking, I have tried to be neutral. When I've been biased I've tried to be obviously so. We begin on January 7, 1989.
